Returns and Refunds Policy:

  At our handmade epoxy resin online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy as follows: 

 1. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 3. Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for a new item of the same type and value. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  

4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is received by us. 

 5. Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
